Very spacious unit. Great for rooming. Dogs are welcome (fee). No cats. 1 parking spot assigned. Building is immaculately kept. Only 4 units in the building. Bedrooms are the same size and can fit 2 full size beds in each room as shown in the video and pics. Includes: water, waste, pest control, lawn care , and unlimited use of laundry ($200 fee per year). Can be rented furnished for mid term rental if need be. The price for furnished and all inclusive begins at $3400 for up to 3 people. Easy showing and easy to move in. Please note that the building is very comfortable; however; it was built in 1950 and before the ADA (American Disabilities Act) therefore, we are not able to supply everything for the disabled that came about after the building was made.
